Line Cook

Searching for an accomplished line cook that can cook multiple stations and breakfast to join existing top notch team for busy upscale country club. Must be able to create meals in accordance with member's preferences. The line cooks responsibilities include preparing ingredients such as grilling,cooking and frying an assorted of meats, seafood, and pasta dishes. Preparing vegetables, and different types of starches and potatoes, monitoring inventory to insure that you have sufficient supplies at all time, and cleaning of station after each shift. Must be a skilled multi-tasker who adheres to food safety codes. A top performing line cook will create and produce innovative dishes for our menu. Must be team player and have great attitude.
